APSC CCE Syllabus 2023, APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) released the CCE examination syllabus for the year 2023, Apply before January 26, 2023
APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) has officially released a notification regarding the CCE examination 2023. According to the latest notification the CCE (Combined Competitive Examination) will be held soon. And here we have come with the APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) CCE examination syllabus for the year 2023. Candidates can apply from December 26, 2022, for the examination and they can prepare for this exam with the help of the syllabus we have provided below.

The APSC CCE exam or Combined Competitive exam will have two stages-
- The Prelims/ Preliminary examination
- The Main Examination
The preliminary examination will be objective type and consists of 2 papers. Paper 1 is known as General Studies 1. And the Paper 2 is of General Studies 2. Each paper will be of 200 marks. The duration of each paper is 2 hours.
The Main Examination will consist of written papers and an Interview. There are a total of 6 written papers in the main examination. After written exams, an interview will also be held by the officials. The 6 written papers are 250 marks each. The duration of each paper is 3 hours.

APSC CCE Syllabus 2023– Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- The candidate must be an original inhabitant of Assam State.
- The candidate who is applying must speak or know Assamese or another official language of the Assam state or any tribal language of the state.
- The candidate who is applying for the APSC CCE recruitment must be registered in the district employment office of Assam State.
Note – Candidate must possess all the above basic eligibility on the date of submission of the application.
Educational Qualification
- The candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized institution.
APSC CCE Syllabus 2023- Age Limit
- Minimum age – 21 years
- Maximum age – 38 years
Instructions for Preliminary Examination –
- Duration of exam will be 120 minutes for preliminary.
- The question paper will have objective-type questions.
- Each correct answer will give you 1 mark.
- The negative marking for the wrong answer is 0.25 mark.
- If a candidate has given more than one answer. In this case, there will be no marks given on that question if the one answer is correct.
- In Paper 1 (General Studies 1) 30%-35% questions will compulsorily be related to Assam.
- In Paper 2 (General Studies 2) qualifying marks is 33%.
