Assam Khel Maharan 2024
The Assam Khel Maharan an initiative introduced by the Assam Government and the Department of Sports Youth Affairs, is set to take place from November 1, 2023, to January 10, 2024. This youth-centric event aims to engage more than 50 lakh participants from Assam. Organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Khel Maharan 2023 will include sports such as kabaddi, athletics, football, volleyball, and kho-kho. The program is designed to encompass participants at various levels, from Gram Panchayats to ULBs, Ward levels, Gramme Parishad Department Committees, and MAC Levels, thereby promoting sports and youth development throughout the state.
