Eligibility criteria of CIDCO Lottery
- It is necessary that the individual should be fromMaharashtra state.
- It should be kept in mind that applicant should belong to Lower Income Group (LIG) or to Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
- For the EWS category, the monthly income should not exceed from 25000.
- For LIG category, the minimum monthly income should be Rs.25000 and the maximum must be Rs.50000/-.

Procedure of Registration for CIDCO Lottery 2023
- Firstly, you have to go to the official website of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra, https://cidco.maharashtra.gov.in/
- You will land on the home page of the website.
- Click on the “Register for Lottery” option on the home page.
- Now you will an application registration form on the screen.
- Fill the application form by entering all asked details.
- After filling the form, complete the payment procedure.
- Then take print of the application form for future use.
Procedure to do Login on the Portal
- Firstly, visit the official website of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra.
- The homepage of the website will appear on the screen.
- Then go to the login section on the home page.
- After that you have to enter your Username and Password in the space given.
- Then enter the Captcha Code in the space given.
- At last, click on the login option.
- By following these steps, you will be able to logged in to the Portal.
Procedure to Check Acceptance of Applications
- Firstly, you have to go to the official website of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra.
- The home page of the website will open on the screen.
- Click on the a “Accepted Applications” option on the home page.
- After that you will see Lottery names on the screen.
- You have to check the name and click the ‘View’ option.
- You can also click on ‘View’ again as per the category and scheme code.
- Lastly, you will see the PDF list of selected applicants on the screen.
- Now, you will be able to check your name in this list.
