- Applicant should be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
- Applicant should be of 18 years of age or above.
- The income of an applicant applying for HIDCO should be Rs 25,000 per month and Applicant belongs to economically weaker section of society.
- Applicant applying for scheme should not have any property in their name or any family member’s name.
- The applicant must provide government document proof to apply for flats under HIDCO.
