The latest notification regarding the post of MP Forest Guard, Jail Prahari & Field Guard has been released. There are 2112 posts available, of which the 1772 vacancies are for Forest Guards, 140 for Field Guards in the Forest Department, and 200 for Jail Prahari in the Department of Prisons. Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) issued the notification that will help the candidates know the entire recruitment process.
The notification that is available on the official website will inform about the final dates, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, selection process, and application process. Interested candidates can apply online on the website peb.mponline.gov from January 20, 2023. Before applying for the posts, the candidates should read the eligibility criteria in detail. Firstly, interested candidates have to do registration on the official website. The individuals should apply on time to avoid the last-time hassle. The selected candidates will be placed in Madhya Pradesh (MP) only. The application process will begin on January 20, 2023, and will last till February 3, 2023. If any candidates require to do the modification in the application form, then he/she can do it on February 8, 2023. The exam for the candidates will be conducted on May 11, 2023.

The candidates who belong to the general category have to pay Rs 500 as a fee and the SC, ST, OBC, and PWD Candidates should pay RS 250 as a fee. The application fee will be paid online with the help of a Debit card, Credit card, and Net Banking.
The selection process includes a Written Exam, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Examination. The written exam will be conducted for the candidates. It is required to qualify for this exam. The time, date, and place of the exam will be informed to the individual. The subjects according to which the applicants will study are General Science, General Math, General Hindi, General English, and General Knowledge. The written examination will be of 100 marks and the candidates will be given 2 hours to complete the exam.
