Eligibility Criteria

  • She must be registered under ASRLM (Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission).
  • She should have a linked savings bank account.
  • She must not be a defaulter of loans from SHG, federations, banks, financial institutions, etc. However, individuals who availed loans from Microfinance Institutions (MFI) before 2021 will not be considered defaulters.
  • She must be engaged in at least one income-generating activity independently.
  • She should have a business plan for her activity or enterprise.
  • For General and OBC category, she should not have more than three children.
  • For ST/SC Moran/Matak/Tea Tribes, she should not have more than four children.
  • She must have enrolled her girl child(children) in a school.
  • She must have planted saplings during the Abhiyan and ensure their survival and growth.
