NABARD Consultant Services (NABCONS) announced various vacancies for many posts such as Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Indian citizens can apply for these posts online. There is a total of 08 vacancies to be filled by eligible and qualified candidates. The individuals who will be selected will be placed in Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Mumbai. Official notification is made available for interested candidates.

Before applying for the vacancies, the applicants should read the notification in detail. The notification will make people aware of the eligibility criteria, application process, no of vacancies, salary scale, and selection process. The selected applicants will receive a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 125000.  Initially, the applicants will be shortlisted according to the eligibility criteria. The expenses that will be incurred for attending the interview will not be reimbursed by NABCONS.

It is advisable to apply for the vacancies well in advance as the last date to apply is 26/01/2023. The applicants who will be selected will be appointed for 1 year and can be extended for 3 years depending upon the annual performance review, according to the existing Company’s policy.

NABCONS Consultancy Services Age Limit

• The upper age limit of the candidates who are willing to apply for Senior Consultant should be 50 years.
• For Consultant posts, the upper age must be 45 years and the maximum age limit of the applicants who are interested in the Associate Consultant post should be 35 years.

NABARD Consultancy Services Educational Qualification

Senior Consultant-

• The candidate should be a Graduate in Agriculture/Allied sector to Agriculture/Food Technology/Engineering/Economics/Management/Social Service/Natural Resource Management from a recognized institution. The candidates must have passed the graduation with 60% marks.
• It is also required that the applicants should have done the Post-graduation in Agriculture/ to Agriculture/Food Technology/Engineering/Economics/ Management/Social Service/Natural Resource Management from a recognized management institution.
• Postgraduate candidates will be given priority.

Consultant-Civil Engineer-

• The interested individual must have done Graduation (BE/B.Tech/Architect.) with a minimum of 60% marks in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution
• Candidates who have done Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering/Project Management will be given preference.

Consultant-Skill-

• It is necessary to Graduate in Agriculture & Allied Sector, Environment, NRM, Economics, Science, Social sciences, rural development, or Commerce from a recognized institution. The applicants must have passed graduation with at least 60% marks.
• Candidates should also have done MBA, PGDM, CA, ICWA, Masters/PG diploma in Agriculture & Allied Sector, Environment, NRM, Economics, Commerce, or Rural Development from a recognized university. The individual must have scored a minimum of 55%.

NABARD Consultancy Services Recruitment 2023 Salary Scale

• The individuals who will be selected for Senior Consultant will be getting Rs.1,25,000 per month salary.
• For the Consultant, the salary will be Rs. 87,500 per month.
• The candidates who will work as Associate Consultants will be receiving Rs. 55,000 per month as salary.
• Selected individuals may get higher remuneration but it depends on experience, qualification, last drawn salary, etc. According to NABCONS policy, individuals also get other facilities/allowances.
