NDA Exam 2023| Notification regarding NDA 1 exam 2023 will be available from December 21, 2022, on the www.upsc.gov.in
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) revealed the NDA Exam Date 2023 on the website. Notification regarding NDA 1 exam 2023 will be made available to the candidates from December 21, 2022. With the help of this notification, the applicants will know the exact details of the exam. UPSC has the responsibility to conduct a national-level defense entrance exam. The National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted twice a year to select eligible and qualified candidates.

As we already told you that there are almost 395 vacancies under the National Defence Academy & Naval Academy. The UPSC has officially released the dates. The candidates can apply for UPSC NDA Exam from December 21, 2022, respectively. The last date to apply for UPSC NDA is January 10, 2023. The candidates can apply for this exam without wasting any further time. If any candidate wants to withdraw his/her application then he/she can withdraw his/her application between January 18, 2023, to January 24, 2023.
Both male and female individuals can give the exam. The selection process includes a written exam and SSB Interview. The written exam includes two sections that are GAT and Mathematics. The candidates who will be selected will be sent for the NDA training period of 3 years. The exam is conducted with the motive to recruit candidates in the Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of NDA. It is necessary to register on the official website of the exam.

NDA Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The interested individual should be a permanent citizen of India.
Educational Qualification
- For the Army Wing of the National Defence Academy- the individual should be 12th pass under the 10+2 pattern of education from any state board.
- For Air Force and Naval Wings of the National Defence Academy–Interested candidate should be a 12th pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics under 10+2 patterns of school education from any state board.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates who want to apply should be between16.5 to 19.5 years.
Marital Status
Candidates who want to apply should be unmarried throughout the selection procedure and till the training is completed. If any applicant whether male or female marries before training, then they will not be selected. If the candidates marry during the training period, then he/she will be discharged and will be asked to pay all the expenses spent on him/her at the time of training.
NDA Exam Exam Pattern
The candidates should do preparations according to the exam pattern. The exam will be conducted in two papers that is Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The objective-type questions will be asked in the exam. The candidates will be provided with questions in both English and Hindi language. The individual has to complete the exam in 2.5 hours. Paper 1 will include 120 questions for 300 marks and Paper 2 will have 150 questions for 600 marks. The starting time of the first paper will be 10 AM and paper 2 will be 2 PM.

NDA Exam 2023 Process of Registration
- Go to the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
- The home page of the website will open on the screen.

- Now you have to click on “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC”.
- Fill in all the asked details in the registration form such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Contact number, Email Id, etc.
- You have to select the branch preference in the order of one to four.
- The registration ID and Password will be generated, note them down for the further process.
Process of NDA Application Form
- Go to the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
- The home page of the website will open on the screen.
- Now log in by entering your registration ID and Password.
- The application form will open on the screen.
- Fill out the application form by entering all details.
- Complete the Payment procedure by online payment mode.
- After that select the examination center from the options given.
- then upload a scanned Photograph and Signature.
- You can take a print of the application form for future use.
NDA Exam 2023 Application Fee
The candidates who belong to the general category have to pay RS 100 as a fee and ST/ST/Disabled candidates don’t have to pay any fee, they are exempted from fees.
NDA Exam Admit Card
It is necessary to carry the admit card for the exam. The authorities will issue the admit card on the official website. The details mentioned on admit card are the Name of the candidate, Roll Number, Father’s Name, Subject Code, Signature, Photograph Exam Date, Time and Venue, and Exam Day Instructions.
Procedure to Download NDA Admit Card
- Go to the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
- The home page of the website will open on the screen.
- You will find the link ‘Download NDA Admit Card 2023’ on the screen, click on it.
- Now enter the Roll number Registration number or date of birth.
- After that enter the CAPTCHA image in the space given.
- You will see the NDA Admit card on the screen.
- You can take a print of the admit card after downloading it.
