National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) earlier known as the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT). NEET Exam Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The applicants should be a citizen of one of the following countries.
- India
- Non-Resident Indians
- Overseas Indians (OCIs)
- Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)
- Foreign Nationals
Age Limit
- Minimum Age – 17 years
There is no Upper age Limit to apply for NEET exam
Educational Qualification
- Student must have done class 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology from a recognized board.
- General category students must have got 50% Marks in class 12.
- SC/ST/OBC category candidates must have got 40% marks in class 12.

NEET Exam Paper Pattern
- NEET exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions out of which students have to answer 180 questions.
- For every right answer you will get 4 marks.
- For every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
- Total duration of the exam will be 3 hours 20 minutes (200 minutes).
- Exam will be conducted in offline mode via OMR sheet.
- Paper will be available in 11 Languages which include Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu
- NEET Exam will be of 720 marks.
- The question will be objective type with multiple choices of answers.
- Unanswered/unattempt questions will be given zero marks.
