- Individuals should have passed M.E School Exam with a language subject that is Odia.
- The candidates should also have passed the HSC exam with Odia language as a medium of the exam.

OSSC CGL Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
OSSC CGL Stage 1-Preliminary Exam
The exam includes 1 paper and the questions will be objective type. The exam will be conducted through computer-based recruitment examination (CBRE) mode. There will be a negative marking, and 0.25 marks will be deducted by the examiner for every wrong answer.
OSSC CGL Stage 2- Written Exam
The exam includes 2 papers and the questions will be objective type and short answer type. The exam will be conducted through computer-based recruitment examination (CBRE) mode and pen-paper mode. There will be a negative marking, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong attempt.
OSSC CGL Stage 3- Certificate Verification

OSSC CGL Recruitment Procedure to Apply Online
- First, visit the official website of the Odisha Staff Selection Commission, www.ossc.gov.in
- Home page of the website will open on the screen.
- Click on the option of Apply Online on the home page.
- A new page will open on the screen.
- Now you have to click the application link.
- After that click on the New User option.
- Then fill out the registration form by entering all required details.
- Now you have to fill out the application form by entering asked details.
- Upload all the documents such as a scanned photograph, Left/Right Thumb Impression, and signature.

Odisha Staff Selection Commission CGL Recruitment Salary Scale
The selected candidate will be getting RS 25,300 per month for the first year. Other allowances will be given such as DA, HRA, etc.
