Age Limit:-

For the Posts of Senior Manager (Risk & Credit) MMGSThe candidates applying for the post should be of 25 years and not exceed 37 years.

Educational Qualifications

Manager (Risk) PostsThe candidate should be a Bachelor’s or Masters’s in Math/ Statistics/ Economics/ OR FRM/ PRM/ DTIRM/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ PGPBF with a minimum of 60% marks. It is necessary to have a certificate Examination in Risk in Financial Service, IIBF. The individual should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in Banks/ PSU/ Corporate High-Value Credit/ NBFC.  
Manager (Credit) Posts:The applicants must be CA/ ICWA/ MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent PG Degree/ Diploma from any AICTE-approved institute with mini. of 60% in aggregate. It is required to have a certificate in Commercial Credit, Moody Analytics. The candidates should have worked in Banks/ PSU/ Corporate High-Value Credit/ NBFC for one year.  
Manager (Treasury) PostsThe individual should be MBA in Finance or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute OR CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ CAIIB/ Diploma in Treasury Management/ PGPBF. The applicant should have scored a minimum of 60% in MBA. Individuals should have Certificate Treasury Dealer Course, IIBF, and Certificate Course in Treasury Management, NIBM. It is necessary to have at least 1-year of experience as an officer in banking in the Treasury of a Bank  
Manager (Law) PostsApplicants must have passed graduation in Law with a minimum of 60%.Minimum 2 Years’ Experience is required as Law Officer in the Legal Dept of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or PSU State Govt. or Central Govt.  
Manager (Architect) PostsBachelor’s Degree is needed in Architecture from a recognized University. The applicants should have passed the graduate with a minimum of 60% marks There is a need for valid registration of the Council of Architecture Knowledge of Auto CAD is also required. Candidates should have at least 1-year experience in planning, designing, and supervising the execution of multi-storied Commercial/ Institutional/ Residential projects along with interiors, in Government/ Semi-Government Departments or Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings.
Manager (Civil) Posts:B.E./ B. Tech Degree is needed in Civil Engineering recognized university. Individual should have scored 60% The candidates should have worked for one year in the Construction/ Maintenance of multistoried Commercial/ Residential buildings in Government/ Semi-Government Departments or Institutions/ PSUs/ Listed Corporate or subsidiaries/ group companies.  
Manager (HR) Posts: Applicant should be a Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or HR or HRD or HRM or Labor Law with a minimum of 60% marks. Minimum 2 Years’ experience is needed as Post Qualification Experience as an Officer in the field of HR in Scheduled Commercial Banks or PSUs or Central/ State Govt. Departments or Listed Corporate Entity (with manpower of over 2000 employees).  
Manager (Economic) Posts    Post Graduate Degree is required in Economics with a minimum of 60% from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. It is compulsory to have at least 2 years’ experience as an officer, in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ Central or State Govt. Departments/ listed Corporate Entity.  
Senior Manager (Risk) Posts  It is necessary to have a bachelor’s or Masters in Math/ Statistics/ Economics/ or FRM/ PRM/ DTIRM/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ PGPBF with a minimum of 60% in aggregate. Certificate Examination in Risk in Financial Service, IIBF is required. For this post, the individuals should have a minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification Experience in Banks or PSU or Corporate High-Value Credit or NBFC.  
Senior Manager (Credit) PostsFor the post of senior manager, there is a need for a CA/ ICWA/ MBA or PGDM with specialization in finance or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from any AICTE-approved institute with a minimum of 60% in aggregate.
