Southern Railway Recruitment 2023- Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Educational Qualification
- The candidate who is applying for the post must have an Interschool degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% marks in main subjects. (Excluding additional subjects).
- He/She should also have an ITI Pass Certificate (in the trade in which apprenticeship is to be done) granted by NCVT/SCVT.
Southern Railway Recruitment 2023- Age Limit
- Age of the candidate should be more than 15 years.
- Age of the candidate should be less than 25 years.
- NOTE – Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in the case of OBC candidates & 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

Southern Railway Recruitment 2023 Procedure to Apply
- First of all, the candidate has to visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Cell which is sr.indianrailways.gov.in
- Then on the homepage, click on the ‘Download Now’ Option.
- A new page will appear on your screen, click on the link ‘ Link for Calling application for Act Apprentice 2022-23’.
- After clicking on that link, a new page will appear with an application form.
- Fill out the application form with the required details such as name, Father’s name, age, educational qualification, etc.
- Upload the necessary documents such as a photograph, educational mark sheet, computer authorized signatures. Then click on the next option.
- The screen will ask for application fees. Pay the application fees through online mode.
- Now, click on Submit option.
- Download & take a printout of the confirmation page for further use.
- You have successfully applied for Railway Recruitment 2023.
