The Public Service Commission of Uttar Pradesh state has released 303 vacancies of Civil Judge (Junior Division) on uppsc.up.nic.in. The UP Judicial Services Exam Syllabus 2023 can be obtained from the official portal of UPPSC. The applicants should prepare according to the Syllabus and exam pattern, as it will help them achieve success. The candidates who will fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply online before the last date which is 06 January 2023 through the official website. The Civil Judge Written Examination 2023 will be soon conducted.  Aspirants should make an effective strategy so that he/she can perform well in this exam. The authorities will examine three stages: preliminary examination, Mains examination, and interview.

UPPSC Civil Judge Syllabus- Prelims Exam Pattern 2023

The preliminary examination will be consisting two papers that are Paper I & Paper II. The questions in the paper will be objective type and multiple-choice type. Negative marking will be done for the wrong answer. Paper 1 will be having General Knowledge questions. The candidates will be given 2 hrs time to complete the exam which will be 150 marks. Paper II will be having law questions. The individuals have to complete the exam in 2 hrs and the paper will be of 300 marks. The paper will be having Multiple choice questions.

UPPSC Civil Judge Syllabus Mains Exam Pattern 2023

The main exam will be having five papers and each paper will be of 200 marks. The candidates will be given 3 hrs to complete the exam. It is necessary to qualify in the prelims exam to give the mains exam.  The individuals will be given the option to answer General Knowledge and Law Papers in Hindi or English. The subjects of the main exams are General Knowledge, Language, Law-I (Substantive Law), Law II (Procedure and Evidence), and Law III (Penal, Revenue, and Local Laws).

UPPSC Civil Judge Syllabus 2023- Interview

Individuals who have cleared both the exams’ prelims and mains exams will be called for interviews. Authorities will analyse the behaviour, personality, and nature of answering the questions in this round. The officials will call candidates for the interview according to the marks scored in the prelims and mains exams.
