  • Upload photograph and signature in JPED format and hit on “Submit”.
  • Choose “Click Here for PART II” and log in by entering your registration ID, date of birth & captcha code
  • Hit submit option and fill the part II of the application
  • Submit the second part of the form and keep a Print of the application form for future use.
