UPSC EPFO has officially released a notification regarding the UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2023. According to the latest notification, the UPSC EPFO Examination will be held soon. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC EPFO 2023 Syllabus and Exam Pattern for the post of Enforcement officer (EO) and Account officer (AO). There is a total of 577 vacancies vacancies 418 Enforcement officer (EO), Account officer (AO) and 159 Assistant Provident fund Commission (APFC) available which have to be filled. UPSC EPFO (Employee provident fund organization) application form will be available from 25th February 2023 and the last date to apply is 17th March 2023. Candidates will be selected based on offline pen paper Recruitment Test (RT) and interview. You can directly apply for the post from the official website that is upsc.gov.in

  • The applicant who is applying for this recruitment must be an Indian citizen.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution but a degree in Company law/ labour law/ Public Administration will be giving more preference.

Enforcement officer (EO) Age limit

  • Minimum Age – 18 years
  • Maximum Age – 30 years

Account officer (AO) Age limit

  • Minimum Age – 18 years
  • Maximum Age – 35 years

UPSC EPFO Exam Pattern

Below are the detailed UPSC EPFO exam pattern

  • UPSC EPFO exam will be held offline that is candidates will use pen and paper for answering.
  • Duration of the test will be 2 hours
  • Total number of questions will be 120.
  • The paper will be of 300 marks.
  • All questions will carry equal marks.
  • For every wrong marks 1/3 marks will be deducted.
  • The Exam paper will be available in both Hindi and English language.
  • The question will be objective type with multiple choices of answer.
  • Unanswered/unattempt question will be giving zero marks.

UPSC EPFO Weightage

According to the official notification the Recruitment Test (RT) and interview carry weightage in the ratio of 75:25. The Recruitment test will carry 300 marks and the interview will carry 100 marks.
