UPTET 2023 Eligibility
Eligibility criteria for the post of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows.
Educational Qualification
Paper I
- Intermediate and 2 years DElEd (BTC) or 4 years BElEd.
Paper II
- Graduation and 2 years DElEd (BTC) or 2 years BEd or 4 year BElEd. OR
- Intermediate and 4 years BA.BEd or BSc.BEd.
Age Limit
- An individual’s age must be below 18 and above 35 years.
For the reserved category candidates such as OBC, SC/ST and PH, there will be upper age relaxation for 3, 5 and 10 years, respectively.
UPTET 2023 Exam Date
The Basic Education Board, Uttar Pradesh, has not yet revealed the exam date for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). If the notification is released in November 2023, it’s expected that UPTET 2023 may be held in January or February 2024. UPTET 2023 Exam Pattern
