Western Railway announces vacancies for the Posts of Scout & Guide Quota for the year 2023. The department is looking for eligible and qualified Scout & Guide candidates for filling up the Posts against Scout & Guide Quota for the year 2023. Western Railway Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The individual who wishes to apply for the post should be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification

Qualifications (For Level 2 and Level 1)
- A President Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any Section
- Applicants should have been active members of a Scouts Organization for the last 5 years i.e., 2017-18 onwards. The “Certificate of Activeness” should be according to Annexure ‘A’ enclosed.
- The individual must be part of two events at the National Level or All Indian Railway’s level and Two events at the State level.
Age Limit
- For Level 1, the minimum age of the individual should be 18 years and the maximum age of the candidate should be 33 years.
- For Level 2, the age of the candidate should be between18 to 30 years.

The candidates will be selected based on Written Tests & Document Verification. The authorities will conduct written tests for the candidates. The time, venue, and date of the exam will be informed through an online website. If the candidate qualifies for the written test, then the documents will be verified.
Western Railway Mode of Application
